ReplyDeleteHolding my breath for you! The vomiting can surely only be a good sign (as tough as it must be!). Will be waiting with baited breath for the 12th week post.
ReplyDeleteI am 4 weeks into Dr S's plan for me... trying to expell all the chemicals and other toxins from my body. Feel good somedays, totally yuck the next.Feeling positive and happy - I just know his plan is doing some good.
